How to proceed?
If your product needs servicing or repair, you can use our online eRMA management service to track and manage your returned items. But before sending your product in to us, you will need to obtain an RMA number. Please use the following flow-chart for a step-by-step guide on how to proceed.
If you are not sure about the nature of the product failure or the cause of the problem, then please contact us for technical support by e-mail or by phone first. We may be able to find a solution that does not require you to send the product in for repair. Contact us.
